Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are elected representatives of the members and are charged with managing the affairs of Ithaca Hours. Board members are elected for two-year terms. Terms are staggered and elections occur each year at our annual meeting in October. The Board meets monthly on the third Monday of each month from 4:30-6:30 at the Ithaca Hours office (Living Wage space above Autumn Leaves Used Books on the Commons in Ithaca). All meetings are open, and members as well as other interested community people are welcome to attend. Officers of the Board include a President, Secretary and Treasurer.
